When choosing snacks, it is important to consider your blood sugar levels. Especially if you have diabetes, it is important to choose snacks that will not cause your blood sugar levels to spike. It is also important to eat snacks that are consistent with your overall diet and meal plan.

Here are some diabetic snack ideas:

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait: This is a quick and easy snack that is perfect for on-the-go. Fruit and Yogurt ParfaitSimply layer Greek yogurt, fruit, and granola in a glass or jar.
