Instructions

Make the turkey patties:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into four patties.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
